Private records remain in the project repository. Native chat IDs, source paths, prompt bodies and detailed evidence are excluded here. Registry exports contain only the displayed metadata profile.

PLANNED and READY describe workflow; ADVANCE is a recorded review disposition. Source approval and release permission are separate. This dashboard cannot generate artwork or publish a campaign.

Empty asset records mean no artwork has been logged. Unknown freshness and unmet gates remain visible.
